Nana Korlah was born and raised in the southern United States and attended grade school in North Atlanta. She holds a BBA in Marketing and an MA in Mass Media Studies from The University of Georgia in Athens, Georgia. Nana, the daughter of indigenous Liberian immigrants, is one of those childless aunties that news sites say are the happiest Black women. She's also a lover of Beyonce, Mary J. Blige, and of The Real Housewives of Atlanta (The Nene Years). Using fiction writing to explore issues Black people face in a racialized society is her therapy.
